Online Trainings Since 2017
In 2017 we decided to provide online versions of our yoga teacher training as we were getting requests from people who could not travel to our ashrams.
I was intrigued by the outcome, so we created this online version to see where the virtual journey would take us. When we announced it on social media, we were bombarded with negative comments; some believed it was impossible to learn yoga online.
The outcome surprised us all. Within the first six months, more than a thousand practitioners had already enrolled in our online training program.
Hundreds of five-star reviews gave us confidence, and regular feedback helped us refine the online course to make it entirely user-friendly, with added value for our students.

Meet Your , Teacher,
Dr. Ram Jain, PhD (Yoga)
(ERYT-500 & YACEP with 50,000+ hours of teaching experience)
I am beyond grateful for the gift of yoga & meditation. My greatest pleasure has been helping people transform their lives with the science, practice, and principles of yoga for over two decades.
My yoga & meditation journey began aged eight at a Vedic school in India. I was trained in yoga asana in the tradition of Swami Sivananda by traditional teachers from his lineage. As a result, I have a solid foundation in scriptures, including Vedas, Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita, and Yoga Sutras (to name a few).
My deep wonder for knowledge also led me to study modern sciences like anatomy, physiology, and western philosophy with pioneer teachers of new innovations.
Growing up in India, I assisted many yoga & meditation teachers. However, I always felt something was lacking in how teachers taught. You can be a skillful practitioner and still need to learn how to teach others.
I made it my mission to create a new global standard for yoga & meditation teacher training.
- To help practitioners like you deepen your understanding of meditation.
- To provide a unique blend of traditional and modern approaches.
- To give you the practical skills essential to train and teach capably.
I see yoga as a way to master the five senses, so I named the ashram ‘Arhanta Yoga,’ the yoga to master the five senses!
At Arhanta, we don’t just teach yoga. We teach you how to reach your potential, deepen your knowledge, build your confidence, and take charge of your life.
